Aim of the workshop
Assisted Reproductive Techniques offer an increasing range of approaches to deal with the couples’ different infertility profiles. The tools available for infertility treatment individualization include not only optimization of pharmacological treatment, but also the use of advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures. The IVF Preceptorship is designed to provide participants with updates on the use of these tools. Moreover, stimulating case studies sessions offer a unique opportunity to discuss with top-level experts how to deal with the most challenging issues of infertility management in daily practice.
Learning objectives
At the end of the workshop, the attendees will be updated on:
- Regulations and cultural aspects concerning infertility management around the world
- Procedures to define the infertility profile in each couple and personalize ART accordingly
- Tools to monitor response to ovarian stimulation
- Highest standards of laboratory procedures
- The best way to interact with patients in order to share treatment planning and increase compliance
Target audience
This program is designed mainly for clinicians who are already working on treatment of infertility and want to improve their knowledge and abilities and for gynecologists and endocrinologists starting to work in IVF.
