The objective of this course is to provide participants with the most updated knowledge on IVF procedures and with skills useful in IVF practice.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of the workshop, the attendees will have acquired:

  • The current ethical, regulatory and legal issues on IVF in Europe;
  • The ability to diagnose infertility in male and female;
  • The background to choose the right IVF procedure;
  • The best way to interact with patients in order to collect theirs needs and fears and to provide correct information on IVF procedures and outcomes;
  • The ability to plan, follow-up and evaluate all clinical procedure IVF is based on;
  • An updated knowledge on IVF laboratory procedures;
  • A comprehensive knowledge on male infertility treatment;
  • The best way to interact with other health care providers, first of all with gynaecologists.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This program is designed mainly for clinicians who are already working on treatment of infertility and want to improve theirs knowledge and abilities and for specialists (gynaecologists, endocrinologists, etc.) that would start to work in IVF.
