This is an educational programme created to encourage the dissemination of scientific knowledge among nurses from all over the world in the filed of MS. Presentations will provide the latest information in Multiple Sclerosis in the following areas: Advanced Disease Management, Problem Symptoms and Psychosocial & Cognitive Aspects. In addition to didactic presentations, group workshops will allow nurses to discuss these topics in relation to their own practice.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this workshop, the participant will:
- have a better understanding of current treatment protocols in Multiple Sclerosis
- be able to examine current practice in dealing with Advanced Disease Management
- gather practical examples of how to deal with problem symptoms
- distinguish the nurses role in psychosocial and cognitive aspects

Nurses involved in the treatment of persons with Multiple Sclerosis.
