The Scientific Committee invites the submission of 1 Case Report History to be considered for presentation and discussion during on Saturday, June 28, 2008 during Session II. Presenters are requested to send their Case Report History, in Power Point, by e-mail by 3 June, 2008 at the following address:

Case Reports must be written in English. The presentation should be of 10 slides maximum and should include the title of the presentation, the author’s names, the name of the institution, the city and country. A full medical history should be based on the topics of Session II, on “ Metabolic Complications in Endocrine Disorders” and should be structured with a short “Introduction”, “Material and Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusions”. The Scientific Committee will review the submitted Cases choosing the best ones for presentation and discussion with the audience on Saturday, 28 June, 2008, during Session II.
