Biography

Rolf-Christian Gaillard is a full Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lausanne and Head of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolism, Department of Medicine at University Hospital (CHUV) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is an international speaker and has presented at 170 conferences.

Professor Gaillard is a member of several organizations; including the Swiss Endocrine Society, Swiss Society of Internal Medicine, The Endocrine Society and the French Endocrine Society. He is also a member of several international scientific committees and is on the editorial boards of several journals; including Journal of Endocrinology, Neuroimmune Biology, and Neuroendocrinology. Professor Gaillard has published more than 250 peer reviewed scientific articles and more than 260 abstracts in national and international congresses.
