All participants must complete the registration form to take part in this online course.

NAVIGATION IN THE PROGRAM

This Serono Symposia International Foundation online course includes a number of slides accompanied by audio and narrative text. You can navigate through the slides using the “Next” and “Previous” buttons or using the "Menu" button to choose a specific slide. There are a total of 59 slides in this presentation and the approximate completion time is 1 hour. You can control the audio by using the buttons on the bottom right. Please note that the first and last slides do not have audio.

You need to have Flash Player 7 installed in order to view the course. If you are not sure what Flash Player you have installed visit the site http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/flash/about/ to find out. If you see a red cross there is no flash player installed. Otherwise the version will be detected.

PRINTING POWERPOINT SLIDES

You can save and print the entire online course program by clicking the “Download” button. The downloaded file will include an Adobe Acrobat PDF file of the slides and transcripts. You will need Adobe Acrobat® Reader® to view the PDF files.

TAKING THE TEST

When you reach the end of the program, you have the option of completing a brief multiple-choice test, followed by a program evaluation. In order to have a certificate of completion, you will have to answer at least 9 questions out of 13 correctly. Please note that the questions also refer to the Glossary of Immunology and the Human Immune System Literature Review.
