Carlo Pincelli is currently Professor of Dermatology and Director of Research of the Laboratory of Cutaneous Biology at the Department of Dermatology of the School of Biosciences and Biotechnology of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He was previously visiting Assistant Research Dermatologist at the Department of Dermatology of the University of California from 1986 to 1988 and Visiting Research Scientist at the Department of Dermatology of the Boston University School of Medicine in 1994. He is member of numerous boards, including the Board of the European Society for Dermatological Research, and from 1999 to 2002 was Associate Editor of the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. Prof. Pincelli is currently Associate Editor of Experimental Dermatology, Member of the International Advisory Board of the Journal of Dermatology, Associate Editor of Experimental Dermatology and President of the European Society for Dermatological Research. Prof. Pincelli has also been present as lecturer and co-chairman in many meetings and has 212 publications to his credit.
