Wayne Gulliver is a Dermatologist experienced in clinical practice, teaching, clinical and science research.  In clinical practice for fifteen years, he has participated in or is currently supervising 160 clinical trials covering many aspects of dermatology with the focus in genetics, psoriasis, wound care and virology.  Prof. Gulliver has authored or co-authored thirty-nine published papers as well as over 50 abstracts. He is Chairman of Dermatology, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada.  Chairman of Dermatology, Eastern Health, St. John’s, Newfoundland. Chairman & Medical Director of NewLab Clinical Research Inc., Director of the Board of Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Technology Industries (NATI), President of Matrixx Cosmetic Laser Clinic, Vice-President of Focus Continuing Education Inc., Vice-President of the Canadian Dermatology Association, 1996-1997 and Chairperson of the organizing committee for the CDA meeting 1996-1997, St. John’s, Newfoundland.  He is also Co-founder and former Honorary President of Newfound Genomics (a Newfoundland & Labrador based genomics company). Prof. Gulliver has recently received the appointment to the Governing Council of the National Research Council; May 2003. Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Immuni T Inc. and Advanced Immuni T Inc. (USA) 2003.  Member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery and Medical Editor The Chronicle of Skin & Allergy, Clinical and Experimental Dermatology (UK) and British Journal of Dermatology (UK).
