Serono Symposia International Foundation elicits direct feedback from all the participants of its educational activities through needs assessments and program evaluations. The program evaluations ask participants to rate the educational activity in terms of satisfaction, key learning and extent to which the content was balanced and unbiased. Results have shown that Serono Symposia International Foundation activities have been highly appreciated with levels between 95 and 100%.

All the participants are also asked to complete an evaluation form six months after participating in an educational event to determine how the program has impacted their clinical practices. Through this constant participant feedback, Serono Symposia International Foundation strives to continually improve and enhance our educational programs.
